  14.    I'd like find a vendor who can sell me a number of synchronous 1200 Baud/V22
  15. modems that can run HDLC protocol over a dialup link. The modem would need to
  16. transmit and receive data from a PC via a standard COM port. The modem could
  17. be an external or internal unit. If internal, HDLC protocol could be handled by a
  18. DOS driver. (Target platform for the software using the modem is Win3.1, Win95).
